Geocaching is an exciting outdoor adventure game that uses a Global Positioning
System (GPS) to find hidden items at different locations around the world
Within the Eno River State Park, we have placed 4 caches for you to find. At each location there will be a container (a "cache") that contains a logbook for you
to sign, educational material about the environment near the cache, and some small prizes for children. Not only does this
activity offer hands-on learning about invasive species and our natural environment, but it is also a lot of fun!
If you enjoyed Geocaching, you might also like to use your GPS to map invasive
plants within the Eno River State Park as part of our Citizen Science program.
